Peace is in body and mind

So I had to work over the weekend, and usually I will leave the kids home for a few hours and make them call me every hour or so to let me know how they are. They USUALLY just play games or watch movies, ect. Sat I was working and got a call from Lily saying her brothers are being mean (this happens a lot too, she is dramatic though!) so I told her to play in her room until I got home. An hour later Topher calls again to check in and he tells me that she had locked the door so he and Aaron tried to break in to get the phone to call and check in..so what does she do!! calls the cops..

thats right. She was all telling them she was being attacked. She is soooo dramatic. So I had to come home early, and took away all her tv and books and told her she isnt allowed to call the cops because her brothers are bothering her.
Sunday, I get another call half way through work, Topher tells me she has run away because she couldnt watch the movie she wanted!!!! She ran to a neighbors house and they called the cops again. It sucked ass.

So the boys have been bugging me for a new game system. I was really hoping I wouldnt have gamers!! Oh boy. So today, without telling them I went on craigslist and baught an x box that comes with 50 games. That should be enough for now. They dont get any new systems because, well, they are boys. Now, I am sure Lily will throw a HUGE fit, so I am trying to find something equally as 'cool'. Any ideas? I don't have any.

Scott called today (ex) and asked me if he could take Topher and Jason out this weekend. I said 'well you can take all of your kids or none of them'. I am so sick of him playing favorites and the others getting left behind.

I need another vaccation.

I am 32 years of age. I am the proud mother of 5 wonderful children and my life is comlicated just like everyone else!
